best moment of 2012

Monday, December 31st, 2012

The best moment of 2012 involved us moving 1200 bricks by hand. On the surface this may not sound like the ingredients for a best moment. It was however a moment when the Snug spirit shone brightly. A situation had arisen, due in part to a mistake on our part, where we needed to get the bricks removed from one of our sites. The whole team came together one evening after work and spent 5 hours man handling bricks. What impressed me and our client most was the positive approach to the task and non stop banter. It was a simple enough moment but it affirmed that Snug is a special place, created by speacial people, doing what they do in the best possible way. We enjoy getting the job done well, no matter what task is at hand.

great clients = great projects

It is hard to believe that under the surface this is the same run down 1970’s bungalow that I visited all those months ago. It has been transformed. It was great to visit our recently completed modernisation of a typical 1970’s dormer bungalow in the Over Wallop Conservation Area. It looks and feels amazing. (just that landscaping to finish!) Well done Ben and the team on a job well done. Well done Richard and Karen on being great clients. Great clients really do make for great projects.
