Micro House sells again, Winchester

Snug Project's first project, a pair of semi-detached micro town houses in Fulflood, Winchester is back on the market after nearly 8 years and its looking good and maintaining its value. The house has sold STC with Charters for £230,000. I hope the new occupants love living there as much as I did.
