The best moment of 2012 involved us moving 1200 bricks by hand. On the surface this may not sound like the ingredients for a best moment. It was however a moment when the Snug spirit shone brightly. A situation had arisen, due in part to a mistake on our part, where we needed to get the bricks removed from one of our sites. The whole team came together one evening after work and spent 5 hours man handling bricks. What impressed me and our client most was the positive approach to the task and non stop banter. It was a simple enough moment but it affirmed that Snug is a special place, created by speacial people, doing what they do in the best possible way. We enjoy getting the job done well, no matter what task is at hand.
