Stratton House is a bespoke development of seven apartments and two detached houses on a highly constrained and steeply sloping corner site in the St Giles Hill Conservation Area in Winchester. The properties enjoy expansive views across the South Downs National Park. The project was designed on behalf of Millgate Winchester.
