Shechem
This is our first project, our founding directors first home!
Shechem is a very important project for us. It was our first project and the one that launched Snug. This pair of innovative one bedroom townhouses are located on a tiny 10m x 10m plot in Winchester. The single aspect three storey semi-detached houses are slotted into the bank at the end of a suburban garden. The scheme explores many of our key design principles, demonstrating that good contemporary architecture can both fit and respect its context without copying it. It was a great foundation on which to build.
