We are recruiting a new Studio Manager
Do you want to be part of creating better places and helping people prosper?
Are you someone who thrives on responsibility and loves supporting individuals, teams and processes?
Are you adaptable enough to turn your hand to various functions, from HR to Finance and even marketing?
If you say yes to all of these, we want to talk to YOU!
We are Snug Architects, a modern, privately owned busy architecture studio on the edge of the New Forest, and we strive to ensure our designs perfectly fit the people we work with and the places where we work. To give you a flavour of what we do, we typically design over 500 houses / apartments & master-plan over a 1000 more per year – hence why it can get manic!
We are now looking for a Studio Manager to join our dynamic team of designers in Totton – the directors are honest enough to say that this is arguably both the most important and toughest role in our practice, so we are looking for someone who excels in this sort of environment!
You are going to be an organised, capable and caring individual who will relish overseeing the daily operations of our busy studio. You will work closely with the directors, providing support across the management of all areas of the business. You will already possess strong administrative skills and a genial personality who is energised by a fast paced work environment.
What you will get in return is a family orientated, ethical team who are supportive, focused and high performing. We are able to offer some flexibility around working hours to suit your needs – our minimum commitment for this role is 30hrs/week, although we are also happy with full-time!
Our website will tell you much more about us and why you would want to come talk to us about this role - https://snugarchitects.co.uk/<... you are inspired by what you see, then send us an email with your CV and a letter giving us more about who you are, why you think you would be a good fit, what you are after in regard to your career and your salary expectations and any other relevant information.
We are keen to appoint on this role as soon as possible, so make sure you get in touch before noon on 2nd March 2020. Interviews will be held shortly after this date.
