Watersplash goes to planning

We are pleased to announce that our proposal for the redevelopment of the former Watersplash Hotel in Brockenhurst has been submitted to planning. The proposal is for high quality retirement apartments on behalf of PegasusLife.

The proposal includes for significant enhancements to the local interest building and the addition of three new buildings set within the grounds. The design has been well received by local residents and fits comfortably in the grounds of the former hotel, making a positive contribution to the conservation area.
