The end of an era

At the end of August we very much enjoyed making the cut out model of A House for Essex by FAT Architects with Grayson Perry, kindly provided by the Architects Journal. This version of the AJ was guest edited by FAT Architects and reflected on endings, not least their own.

Having only a week before built a lego version of the Villa Savoye a thought struck us. We had before us the rise of Modernism and the death of post modernism.

From the rise of modernism to the going down of post modernism, we will remember them.
