An appealing victory

6 Ranelagh Rd_comittee presentation Snug Projects has won a significant Appeal for a contemporary extension in the Winchester Conservation Area. The application was appealed after the modern design was rejected by the planning committee on the carrying vote of the chair after a 50:50 split in opinion from councillors. This is a significant victory for our clients and a victory for high quality modern design. See the link above for images of the proposal.
